WDMW is a series of carbide milling inserts.Carbide milling inserts are mainly used for internal turning&milling which is suitable for CNC Lathe machinery.With advanced nano coating on ultrafine carbide, this insert has strong cutting edges and offers high wear and buildup resistance. It is ideal for semi-finish milling at high speeds of a wide range of materials, particularly stainless steels and high-temperature alloys.

- Usage: For CNC lathe milling&turning. Processing HRC<50 steels and stainless steels etc.
- Dimensions: l: 11 or 16.5mm; d: 6.35~9.525mm; t: 3.5~5.1mm; Please refer to below product specification.
- Advanced coating: To be defined per your application.Whatever,Our insert surface adopts advanced coating technology , leading it to well corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
- Fine grinding process: The surface of the insert has high smoothness, good cutting edge quality and no cutting resistance.Effectively reduce the friction and reduce the loss.
